Zay Shawn Fells Missing – The Petersburg Bureau of Police is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a missing teenage boy, 15-year-old Zay’Shawn Fells.
Authorities report that Fells was last spotted around 12:18 p.m. on Saturday, September 28, in the 30 block of Guarantee Street. At the time, he was dressed in blue jeans and a black hoodie and was seen carrying a Walmart shopping bag.
