Philip Bugger Obituary, Death – The Lexington County Coroner has identified 49-year-old Philip Bugger as the man who died in a single-motorcycle crash Saturday evening. Bugger was traveling north on U.S. 21 when his motorcycle veered off the road, hitting construction barrels and a road sign. A passenger on the bike sustained non-life-threatening injuries and was taken to a hospital.
Neither Bugger nor his passenger were wearing helmets at the time of the accident. The Lexington County Coroner’s Office, alongside the South Carolina Highway Patrol, is investigating the incident.
