Neil Davis Obituary, Death – A 44-year-old man from Swansea has been identified as the individual who lost his life in a tragic accident earlier this week. Neil Davis was driving his pickup truck on Fall River Avenue (Route 6) on Monday afternoon when he veered off the road and crashed into the parking lot of First Stop Auto Sales, striking several parked cars, according to police reports.
Emergency services arrived, and Davis was transported to a nearby hospital, where he was later declared deceased. Authorities suspect that Davis may have experienced a medical emergency before the crash occurred.
In addition to Davis, a woman was found pinned against a building, and Davis’ son, who was a passenger in the truck, were also taken to the hospital with minor injuries. The woman and the son received medical attention but are expected to recover from their injuries.
In response to the tragedy, Davis’ 18-year-old daughter, Hannah, has initiated a GoFundMe campaign to raise funds for the funeral and related expenses. The campaign also aims to help cover costs to maintain the family’s home, which Hannah shares with her paternal grandmother.
This incident was the second fatal accident in the Attleboro area within a short period. Earlier, on September 6, an elderly couple from North Attleboro tragically died in a separate accident in Foxboro.
