Myles Kevin Mcewen Obituary, Death – A man was fatally struck in a hit-and-run accident early Sunday morning in Northwest D.C. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) reported that the incident occurred around 2:19 a.m. on September 1, in the 900 block of U Street NW.
The victim, identified as 26-year-old Myles Kevin Mcewen from Northwest D.C., was walking on the sidewalk and then began to cross Vermont Avenue NW at a crosswalk, disregarding the do-not-walk signal. He was hit by an unidentified vehicle, which did not stop and continued traveling northbound on Vermont Avenue.
