Keomany Phetchitvathanalay Obituary, Death – Authorities in Vancouver have reported that a woman who was sleeping in a tent was fatally shot in a drive-by incident. They do not consider the shooting to be random.
The Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office has confirmed the identity of the victim as 39-year-old Keomany Phetchitvathanalay.
The incident occurred on August 28th in the 3500 block of Northeast 66th Avenue. Officers discovered Phetchitvathanalay deceased inside the tent, having suffered a gunshot wound.
Police have indicated that there is currently no ongoing threat to public safety.
