Josiah Torres Obituary, Death – A 21-year-old Kennewick man, Josiah Torres, died in a single-vehicle accident in Pasco, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP). The crash occurred on Tuesday, October 5, just before 5 p.m. on State Route 395 near milepost 23. WSP reports that Torres was heading southbound when his vehicle veered off the road and collided with a concrete pillar.
It remains unclear if he was wearing a seatbelt, and the presence of drugs or alcohol has not yet been confirmed. The accident is attributed to improper lane usage, and the family of the victim has been notified.
