Jesus Gallardo-Ramirez Obituary, Death – Metro Nashville police are actively investigating a triple homicide that occurred in Antioch over the weekend, having identified two of the three victims. Authorities believe that all three victims from the shooting on Bart Drive Friday night were from the Atlanta area.
The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department (MNPD) identified two of the victims: Jesus Gallardo-Ramirez, 22, and a second man, aged 48. Police are working to notify the second victim’s family before releasing his name. Efforts continue to identify the third victim as well.
The home, located in the 200 block of Bart Drive, had recently been sold and was sparsely furnished. It was being rented by an individual from the Atlanta area, though no further details were provided about the leaseholder.
According to MNPD, the tragic events unfolded on Friday around 10:35 p.m., when two of the victims and a woman arrived at the residence in a white Honda sedan with a Georgia temporary tag. One of the victims was already inside the home. Shortly after the vehicle arrived, several individuals approached the house, fatally shot one victim on the front porch, and then entered the home, killing the other two inside. The suspects quickly fled to at least one nearby vehicle and left the scene.
Surveillance footage revealed that the woman who had arrived with the victims was not involved with the suspects as they fled. Police believe she escaped through the back of the house and are actively working to locate her. Authorities are urging her to come forward and meet with detectives at any police station to assist in the investigation.
The call to emergency services came at 11:11 p.m., more than 30 minutes after the shooting occurred. The call was made by an individual in Atlanta on behalf of a Spanish-speaking friend, who requested that police respond to what was described as a fight at the Bart Drive residence.
Detectives are following leads in the case and are coordinating efforts with law enforcement officials in Atlanta to gather more information. Police are encouraging anyone with knowledge about the incident to contact Nashville Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $5,000 for tips that help advance the investigation.
Authorities are still working to understand the full circumstances surrounding the triple murder and are committed to finding those responsible.
