Jennifer Miller Obituary, Death – An investigation into a hit-and-run incident is currently being conducted in York County. According to the West Manchester Township police, a woman commuting to work on an electric scooter sustained critical injuries after being struck by a vehicle that subsequently fled the scene. The victim has been identified by her family as 42-year-old Jennifer Miller from York.
Miller has endured several severe injuries, including a fractured pelvis, a broken leg, and damage to her spine and neck. She is currently receiving treatment in the intensive care trauma unit of a hospital. “You never want to see your child, regardless of their age, in such a situation,” expressed Miller’s mother, Maureen Schlag.
The incident occurred around 4 a.m. on Sunday along Carlisle Road, with the scooter being located approximately half a mile from the site of the collision.
Miller’s sister has urged the driver to come forward.
“Please do the right thing and turn yourself in because it’s her life. Her life has been changed forever,” stated Christiana Miller.
