James Lis Obituary, Death – A motorcyclist lost his life following an accident on East Street in Hadley on Saturday. As reported by Laurie Loisel, spokesperson for the Northwestern District Attorney’s Office, law enforcement officials responded to the scene of a collision involving a motorcycle and a truck shortly after noon.
The District Attorney’s office indicated that the motorcyclist was heading northbound when the truck, traveling southbound, made a left turn into a driveway, resulting in the crash.
The injured motorcyclist was transported to Baystate Medical Center, where he succumbed to his injuries. He has been identified as 70-year-old James Lis from Three Rivers.
