Jack Borders Obituary, Death – The Fresno County Coroner’s Office has identified the man who was airlifted after crashing into a tree in Yokuts Valley. The victim has been named as 44-year-old Jack Borders of Yokuts Valley.

The California Highway Patrol (CHP) reported that the incident occurred on Saturday evening at the intersection of Elwood Road and Fulgham Lane. According to their account, Borders was driving northbound on Elwood Road when, for reasons still unknown, he veered off the road and crashed into a tree.

Upon arrival, CHP found that Borders had been driving a truck that collided with the tree. Both Borders and his passenger managed to exit the vehicle before emergency responders arrived. Borders was subsequently airlifted to a local hospital but was pronounced dead upon arrival. His passenger, who sustained moderate injuries, was transported by ground ambulance.

The investigation into the crash is ongoing, with detectives working to determine whether drugs or alcohol played a role in the accident.
