Heber Lopez Obituary, Death – Stamford police have identified the motorcyclist killed in a Thursday crash on Long Ridge Road as 44-year-old Heber Lopez, a resident of Stamford. According to Sgt. Jeffrey Booth, Lopez was riding his 2014 BMW motorcycle when it veered off the road and collided with a fence, causing him to be thrown from the vehicle. Lopez was pronounced dead at the scene shortly after the accident.
The crash took place around 12:10 a.m. near Brook Run Lane. Stamford police are actively investigating the incident to determine the factors involved in the crash.
