George Grays Obituary, Death – A man who was shot and killed in a vehicle last week in Youngstown has been identified as 62-year-old George Grays, according to the Mahoning County Coroner’s Office.
The shooting occurred around 1:30 a.m. in the 400 block of Norwood Avenue on the North Side. Upon arrival, police officers attempted life-saving measures on Grays, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Following the incident, authorities collected evidence and shell casings from outside the vehicle to aid in the investigation. An autopsy is scheduled to be performed as part of the ongoing inquiry.
Both the Mahoning County Coroner’s Office and the Youngstown Police Department are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding Grays’ death. Further details have yet to be released as the investigation progresses.
