Falah Hadi Obituary, Death – Falah Hadi, a 32-year-old worker, was identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner as the victim of a tragic accident that occurred earlier this week at an Alsip trucking company. Hadi was involved in a fatal incident while directing a semi-trailer into the loading dock at Menasha Packaging Company, located at 11601 Central Ave., Alsip.

On Tuesday morning, Hadi was positioning the truck when he became trapped between a stationary truck and the semi-trailer as it was reversing. Chief Jay Miller from the Alsip Police Department reported that Hadi was subsequently taken to Advocate Christ Medical Center in Oak Lawn. Sadly, he succumbed to his injuries later that day.

Menasha Corp., based in Neenah, WI, expressed deep sorrow over the incident. Kristine Pavletich, the company’s director of corporate communications, described the accident as a “terrible tragedy” and confirmed that they are cooperating with the authorities. Pavletich mentioned that the company had been interviewed by the Alsip Police Department and extended their condolences to Hadi’s family.

Pavletich also clarified that Hadi was not a direct employee of Menasha Packaging Company. The firm collaborates with various trucking and distribution contractors, but she was unable to specify which contractor employed Hadi.

The investigation into the fatal workplace accident is ongoing.
