Curtis Rosemond Obituary, Death – Police have identified a man who tragically lost his life after being struck by a vehicle in west Lubbock on Sunday night. The victim, Curtis Rosemond, was 38 years old.

According to the Lubbock Police Department (LPD), officers received reports of a collision involving injuries at approximately 8:06 p.m. on 19th Street. Upon arriving at the scene in the 6100 block of the street, they found that an SUV had been traveling eastbound. Rosemond was reportedly crossing the roadway when the SUV collided with him.

Emergency Medical Services (EMS) quickly responded to the incident, but unfortunately, Rosemond was pronounced dead at the scene. The circumstances surrounding the crash are still under investigation, and police have not clarified whether any additional factors may have contributed to the incident.
