Osage Dr. just before 7:20 p.m. on Thursday, August 29, following reports of a collision involving a pedestrian and a car.
Upon arrival, first responders found the pedestrian, later identified as Cathy J. Brown, 74, from Ottawa, who was pronounced dead at the scene. Initial findings from the investigation revealed that Brown had fallen while crossing S. Osage Dr.
