Albert Bustamante Obituary, Death – Lodi police reported a fatal incident stemming from a fight that occurred on Saturday afternoon, resulting in the death of one individual. The altercation took place around 4:30 p.m. on the 300 block of West Century Boulevard and involved three individuals.
Before officers arrived at the scene, a 29-year-old man was taken to the hospital by a family member. This man was later identified as Albert Bustamante, a resident of Lodi. Tragically, Bustamante was pronounced dead at the hospital shortly after his arrival.
Following the incident, authorities arrested two individuals connected to the altercation. They were identified as Juan Suarez, 30, and David Flores, 35, both from Lodi. Suarez faces charges of homicide, while Flores has been charged with both homicide and being an accessory to the crime.
The police are actively investigating the circumstances that led to this fatal confrontation. As of now, authorities have stated that there are no additional suspects being sought in connection with the incident.
