Daniel Joseph Furr Obituary, Death – A fatal crash in North Carolina on Wednesday night claimed the life of a passenger, according to the Spartanburg County Coroner’s Office. The incident occurred around 7:30 p.m. on Highway 120 in Rutherford County when two vehicles collided.
The victim, identified as 42-year-old Daniel Joseph Furr from Shelby, North Carolina, was a passenger in one of the vehicles involved in the crash. Furr was transported to Spartanburg Medical Center following the accident but sadly passed away on Thursday, October 17.
The North Carolina Highway Patrol is currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision, but no further details have been released at this time.
