Eddie Poole, Jr Obituary, Death – A 44-year-old man was fatally shot in Wayne County. Authorities reported that deputies responded to a drive-by shooting on Claiborne Jones Road in Waynesboro at approximately 10:15 p.m. on Tuesday, October 8.
Upon arrival, the deputies discovered the victim, identified as Eddie Poole, Jr., who had sustained multiple gunshot wounds. He was promptly transported to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.
