According to a collision report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, the accident took place around 3:10 p.m. on Sunday, approximately seven miles east of Fletcher.
Upon arriving at the scene, authorities found a pedestrian who was unresponsive and subsequently pronounced dead. The victim was identified as 46-year-old Kreshadra Willhoite, a resident of Norman.
