Gwendolyn Guyton Obituary, Death – According to police, a woman was fatally stabbed at a deli in the Bronx. The incident took place around 3 p.m. Thursday at the Jose Mini Mart, located on Southern Boulevard between East 149th Street and Avenue St. John in the Longwood neighborhood.
Authorities reported that a 29-year-old woman was transported to the hospital in critical condition after suffering stab wounds to her neck and chest. The victim has been identified by police as Gwendolyn Guyton. Unfortunately, she succumbed to her injuries shortly after being admitted.
As of now, no arrests have been made in connection with the stabbing. The deli manager described a female suspect in her 20s who was seen fleeing the scene on a scooter, wearing a green hoodie and blue sweatpants. However, police have not disclosed any details about potential suspects or persons of interest in the case.
