Brayan Cuellar Obituary, Death – A motorcyclist lost his life following a multi-vehicle accident in North Austin on Sunday night. Authorities reported that one of the other drivers involved in the crash was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated (DWI).

The incident occurred around 9:11 p.m. in the 7500 block of Burnet Road, involving an SUV, a motorcycle, and a pickup truck. The motorcyclist, identified as 21-year-old Brayan Cuellar, was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

According to investigators, the initial collision involved the SUV and the motorcycle. Following this, a pickup truck, driven by 37-year-old Andrew Lycan, struck the motorcycle. Lycan was subsequently arrested on charges related to DWI.

Authorities are calling on anyone who may have information regarding the incident to reach out to the Austin Police Department’s Vehicular Homicide unit at 512-974-8111. They can also submit anonymous tips via Capital Area Crime Stoppers.

The investigation into the crash is still ongoing.
