Marion Ja’Quell Simuel Obituary, Death – The Berkeley County Coroner’s Office has released the identity of the teenager who was fatally shot at an apartment complex in Ridgeville. The victim has been identified as 18-year-old Marion Ja’Quell Simuel, a resident of Ridgeville, according to Coroner Darnell D. Hartwell.
The shooting took place at The Preserve apartment complex at approximately 9:30 a.m. on a Tuesday.
