Robert Lee Horton Obituary, Death – Jackson police are currently investigating a shooting that resulted in the death of a man on Capitol Street. The incident took place on Sunday, September 15, in the 3200 block of West Capitol Street.
Detective Tommie Brown reported that the victim of the shooting has been identified as Robert Lee Horton. Horton was found at the scene and was pronounced dead upon arrival.
