Kaitlin Julson, Baily Schultz Obituary, Death – The Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office has identified the two people who died in a motorcycle crash last month in Stoughton as Kaitlin Julson, 29, and Baily Schultz, 28, both residents of Stoughton. According to the medical examiner, both victims were pronounced dead at the scene on August 23 due to injuries sustained in the crash. Further testing is being conducted as part of the investigation.
The Stoughton Police Department responded to the crash just before 9:30 p.m. on August 23. The accident occurred on County Highway B near Apollo Circle. According to the initial investigation, the motorcycle was traveling west on the highway when it was struck from behind by a pickup truck.
The 20-year-old driver of the truck was arrested and charged with two counts of homicide by intoxicated use of a motor vehicle. The suspect’s identity was not released by the Stoughton Police Department.
