Sandra Zuraw Obituary, Death – The Washington County Coroner has identified the victim of a fatal single-vehicle crash as 77-year-old Sandra Zuraw from McMurray. The accident occurred on Sunday afternoon in the 4000 block of Washington Road around 12:15 p.m.
According to Coroner Tim Warco, the vehicle lost control before crashing. The driver was transported to Canonsburg Hospital, where they were pronounced dead. The identity of the driver has not been released.
The coroner’s office is treating the incident as a “probable medical event” and is continuing the investigation.
