Charlette A. Schloemer Obituary, Death – A collision early Thursday morning on Highway 21 in Washington County resulted in the death of a Caledonia, Missouri woman and serious injuries to a teenage boy.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, Charlette A. Schloemer, 73, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. The 17-year-old driver from Irondale, Missouri, whose name has not been released due to his age, was transported to St. Louis Children’s Hospital for treatment of his injuries.
The accident occurred around 7:38 a.m. when Schloemer was driving a Chevrolet SUV northbound on Highway 21 near Gilda Road. She attempted to pass another vehicle when her SUV collided with a Toyota pickup truck traveling southbound and driven by the teenage boy.
