Emauni Ryhane Obituary, Death – A 24-year-old woman tragically died on Saturday after being shot while driving on the South Side of Chicago. The incident occurred on Wednesday night, around 9:45 p.m., in the 1500-block of East 95th Street, according to the Chicago Police Department.
The woman, identified as Emauni Ryhane from Sauk Village, Illinois, was driving when a shooter in a silver SUV fired at her. She sustained a gunshot wound to the head and was rushed to the University of Chicago Medical Center in critical condition. Despite medical efforts, she passed away on Saturday morning, as confirmed by the Cook County Medical Examiner.
Currently, no arrests have been made in connection with the shooting. Area Two detectives are actively investigating the case to determine the circumstances and find those responsible.
