Noah Smith Obituary, Death – The Bluffton Police Department reported that a Hardeeville man died early Tuesday in a crash under investigation. Noah Smith, 23, was killed when his motorcycle collided with an SUV around 7:15 a.m. at the intersection of Highway 170 and Lawton Boulevard, according to police spokesperson Eydie Moody.
